Position: Broker Manager California
We are seeking a full?time Broker Manager to promote sales growth and client retention by recruiting and managing broker relationships at a regional level.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, obtain, and develop successful broker relationships on a regional to national level to maintain profitable sales growth.
- Continuously establish new agent relationships.
- Cold?call to obtain new business opportunities and develop relationships with brokers, agents, accounting firms, CPAs, etc., to generate client referrals.
- Develop and present proposals with client?specific solutions.
- Educate brokers about the FrankCrum product line and provide ongoing updates and retraining.
- Train brokers on how to market and sell the FrankCrum product line.
- Maintain professional licensing and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies and webinars.
- Develop and manage the External Sales Departments budgets.
- Send out a minimum of two Constant Contact campaigns per month and add new contacts monthly.
- Meet monthly goals regarding the number of RFPs submitted, maintain Lead Trackers, and attend business meetings, trade shows, networking events, seminars, and conferences as directed.
The Attributes We Seek
- Exceptional customer service, written, listening, and communication skills, and sales experience.
- Knowledge of the PEO structure, cold?calling, prospecting, negotiation, and probability and risk management is preferred.
- Ability to work remotely and successfully manage a specific Kansas territory.

Compensation
The annualized pay range for this position is $80,000 $150,000. These figures represent the annualized pay for both hourly and salaried types of positions and do not indicate employment is on a yearly basis or remove the employees employment at?will status. The individual may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation governed by the individual and organizational criteria within the plan rules.
