Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Typically, candidates should hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, special education, or related fields.
• Certifications Requirements: Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist certification or equivalent, with current licenses as required.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience working as an intervention specialist, preferably in a school setting, with skills in inclusive education and student intervention strategies.
• Other Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, background check clearance, and commitment to student success. Flexibility to support multiple campuses and adapt to various classroom settings.
