Maintenance Lead : Beloit, Wisconsin
Our customer in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join their team. We’re hiring Maintenance Leads to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Maintenance Lead, you will maintain production and facility equipment, lead the maintenance team, and ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with all standards.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Lead :
- Inspect, operate, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment.
- Dismantle machines to remove defective parts and perform repairs.
- Maintain parts and supplies inventory to minimize downtime.
- Perform general building maintenance and groundskeeping.
- Record and submit accurate work order data and parts usage.
- Support contractors on major installation or retrofit projects.
- Lead, train, and supervise maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Align and balance new equipment after installation.
Maintenance Lead Requirements and Qualifications :
Pay for Maintenance Lead : $20 / hr.
Maintenance Lead Benefits :
Type : 1st Shift, Full-time
Schedule : Monday – Friday from 5 : 30am – 2 : 00pm
