- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Quality Engineering or related field
- 35 years of experience in supplier quality management supplier development or supply chain operations
- Proven experience managing supplier corrective actions and driving recovery plans
- Strong understanding of quality standards quality tools (8D FMEA control plans) and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with supply chain management systems (SAP preferred) and strong Excel / data analysis skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and deliver measurable quality outcomes
