Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Specialist to join our Oncology practice. This position involves both front and back office duties, including patient registration, patient check in / out, appointment scheduling, copay / balance collection, patient triage, assisting medical professionals in an office setting, running patients during clinic hours, and performing insurance verification and prior authorizations. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care while fostering a collaborative team environment.
