Description :

Position : RN - Ambulatory Care

Shift : 5x8s, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday

Call Requirements : None

Weekend Requirement : None

Request Time Off : Up to 5 days maximum with no more than 2 consecutive days.

No holiday request time off.

No request time off the day prior or after a holiday.

No request time off on weekends.

Clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs, floating is required at the facility's discretion.
