We are in search of an exceptional Locum Tenens / Physician Recruiter to join our growing team.
Locum Tenens / Physician Recruiter Responsibilities :
- Primary focus will be on the recruitment of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurses, Advanced Practice, and other clinical roles.
- Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Recruit qualified healthcare professionals utilizing the internet, job boards, cold calls, and referrals.
- Screen and interview qualified candidates.
- Stay connected with candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads.
