Machine Learning Engineer - Document Intelligence

Requirements

8 or more years of experience in Azure AI and Cognitive Services development.

Proficiency in Large Language Model (LLM) tuning and iterative customization.

Experience with Databricks for model refinement and high-volume data processing.

Experience in unstructured data extraction and complex document-to-Excel conversion.

Experience with graph databases and advanced network analysis methodologies.

Experience in Copilot Studio and low-code AI development tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate the conversion of complex unstructured documents into analysis-ready formats.

Tune and refine baseline models to enhance data extraction accuracy and consistency.

Deploy Azure Cognitive Services and form-recognition tools for varied document types.

Execute graph-based initiatives to support advanced network analysis and data insights.

Design AI-driven workflows to handle ambiguous content and structural edge cases.

Build customized internal applications using Copilot Studio for automated data filtering.

Test and iterate on experimental models to optimize performance for audit materials.
