A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Prepares customers for implementation and conducts readiness reviews
Establishes guidelines and monitors installation phases, escalating issues as necessary
Coordinates and organizes multiple projects simultaneously
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 18 months of experience in Software Implementation Coordination, back-office processing, or payment operations in a financial institution
Ability to work occasional nights and weekends as business needs dictate
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Previous experience with software implementations is preferred
