Key Responsibilities

As a Recruiter your responsibility will be to recruit, build a network of qualified candidates, screen and evaluate candidate skills in relation to job responsibilities, oversee completion of pre-hire requirements and manage active applicants through the organization's applicant tracking system. You will also be responsible for all aspects of the candidate generation process including sourcing candidates, conducting phone interviews, and establishing strategies to fill specific positions.
