Position Overview

The Dining Room Host plays a key role in delivering remarkable hospitality by maintaining a clean, organized dining area, assisting guests with needs, and creating a warm, welcoming environment for families and guests of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and offer assistance as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room and restrooms
• Clear and sanitize tables quickly and efficiently
• Refill beverages, condiments, and supplies
• Assist guests with tray carrying, seating, and special requests
• Support front-of-house team during peak hours
• Monitor dining room flow and guest comfort
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Create a positive, joyful environment for guests and teammates

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude with a heart for serving others
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• No experience required — we provide paid training!
