As a licensed professional, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while assisting Fidelity's valued clients through inbound phone calls. You'll learn to help with various client needs, from trade requests to money movement, and much more!
What to Expect
As a new CRA, you'll immerse yourself in the financial services industry, apply concepts you learn, develop your skills, and set ambitious goals through three key milestones :
In your initial months, you'll prepare to become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for your SIE®, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses, all fully sponsored by Fidelity. You'll receive paid study time and access to invaluable resources like licensing coaches and workshops to support your success!
In the following months, you'll manage more complex customer interactions while dedicating time each week to connect with your team, engage with leadership, and grow your professional network.
As you gain confidence in serving customers, you’ll explore new career paths through job shadowing and our career center.

The base salary range for this position is $42,000 - $60,000 per year. The actual placement in this range will depend on job responsibilities, geographic location, relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is just one part of the total compensation package. Depending on the role, bonus or other variable compensation may also be part of your offer.

Please note that most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (Monday to Friday). This policy does not apply to remote or fully onsite positions.
