A company is looking for a Real Estate Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Apply space standards to create design drawings and develop budgets for Advisor offices

Competitively bid and negotiate all construction details with contractors and vendors

Manage multiple projects (new offices / renovations / closures) simultaneously

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Architecture, Engineering or Interior Design

3+ years of experience with project management and office sector design

Project management certification
