ABOUT OUR AGENCY :

Laarnie Soma Agency has been going strong since January 2023and were just getting started. Our tight-knit team of two (including my husband!) thrives in a laid-back, supportive environment where team players can truly shine. We believe in balancing independence with collaboration, and were all about celebrating winswhether its through team lunches, weekly Starbucks rewards, or fun competitions with cash prizes.

With nearly 8 years of experience as a team member in my home state of Hawaii and a degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, I bring deep industry knowledge and a passion for mentorship. Since moving to the area in 2021, my family and I have fully embraced the local communitymy children attend Shoreline schools, and my son proudly plays for the Shoreline Tides. Were here to make a difference, both in our clients lives and in the careers of those who join our team. ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Laarnie Soma - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
