Do you excel at synchronizing people, processes, and quality to move a high-volume plant forward? In Roanoke, VA, you will guide manufacturing operations with direct P&L accountability—owning safety, cost, spoilage, labor absorption, and the execution of strategic customer initiatives.

Where You’ll Work

Manufacturing environment with moving machinery and noise; frequent use of computer, cell phone, and printer / fax. Hearing protection and other PPE are required. Temperatures can range from extreme cold (

90 degrees). Air may contain fumes, dust, and odors. Expect regular standing, walking, manual dexterity, speaking, and hearing; frequent reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; frequent lifting and moving up to 20 pounds; and vision needs including close and distance vision and color recognition.
