The Axel Group is partnering with a well-established General Contractor in Pinellas County, FL that is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.
Our client is a long-standing General Contractor with a strong reputation for excellence across commercial, municipal, and community-focused projects . They are recognized for their stability, quality workmanship, and commitment to developing construction professionals from within.
Responsibilities :
- Lead all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and project goals
- Oversee preparation, review, and tracking of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, cost controls, and progress reports
- Partner closely with field supervision and project stakeholders to uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and ownership teams
