Shift : \nDay 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 17 : 00)\n\nProvides coordinates and directs the provision of home nursing care according to physicians orders based on agency policies and procedures through the competent application of the nursing process.\n\nResponsible to Clinical Manager Directly Supervises and Evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses / Licensed Vocational Nurses.\n\nDEGREE OF TRAVEL : \n\nHome visits. Periodic office meetings. Must have reliable transportation current drivers license and agency-required liability insurance.'\n\nAverage # of patients / day : 5-8\n\nPoints per day / week : How are points broken down 30 points per week. Each type of visit and activity (documentation travel etc.) hold a different point value. Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day that equate to roughly 6-8 points.\nGuaranteed Hours : No if there is a situation where the contractor is unable to meet their financial needs due to low patient census please reach out to the AM to discuss floating the contractor to a nearby clinic to pick up hours.\n\nTypes of Cases : Start of Care Wound Care Follow up Visits etc.\n\nYears of experience REQ : Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year Hospice experience depending on the specialty\n\nFirst-timers accepted : (Y / N) No must have recent specialty experience.\n\nWeekend REQ : Varies per location and profession please have traveler discuss during the interview.\n\nCerts REQ : CPR BLS
