Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced production environment. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of the production process, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination of production schedules and logistics.
  • Support the production team during shoots by preparing equipment and materials.
  • Help set up and take down production sets, ensuring all gear is in proper working order.
  • Manage and organize production paperwork and documentation efficiently.
  • Act as a liaison between crew members and other departments as necessary.
  • Conduct research and assist in sourcing materials or locations for video shoots.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the production manager or director.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when necessary.
  • Proficient in basic computer software and production-related technology.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in production or related field is a plus but not required.
