Account Manager LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a financial services company in North Scottsdale who is in search of an entry level account manager. This job is Monday-Friday 730am-530pm. This role is starting at $22 / hr and has eligibility to make commission after several months. This role has a heavy sales aspect to it.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Manage account inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with onboarding new clients, gathering required documentation, and maintaining accurate account records.
• Provide product and service explanations to clients in a clear, professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and ensure smooth operational processes.
• Track client activities and update CRM and internal systems accurately.
• Support account renewals, follow-ups, and retention efforts.
