A company is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Client Care Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from clients regarding appointment inquiries and product / service requests
Perform outbound calls to leads and existing clients to schedule appointments
Handle client communications via SMS, email, and website chat while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Customer service experience required
Consistent positive and enthusiastic demeanor
Strong de-escalation skills required
Willingness to learn new computer programs and processes
