A company is looking for a Vice President, Client Success - Retail (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and nurture relationships with retail clients to grow a profitable book of business

Oversee P&L responsibilities and ensure alignment with financial goals and client needs

Develop and implement short and long-term business strategies in collaboration with internal teams

Required Qualifications

15+ years of business leadership experience, preferably in the customer experience industry

In-depth knowledge of customer experience with enterprise-level retail clients

Experience with sales processes, contact center operations, and financial metrics

Proven success in managing large, complex Fortune 500 client relationships

Ability to inspire and lead teams while maintaining a collaborative approach
