Description :

Position available for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.

This is a contract role for 13 weeks.

Shifts will be from 5 : 30 AM to 2 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Call is required every other weekend.

The unit consists of 1 Nuclear Medicine room with 1 bed.

There is a total of 1 staff member in Nuclear Medicine and 2 in Echo / Vascular.

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will work independently during the day shift.

The typical patient ratio is 4 per day.

Procedures performed include Cardiac studies, HIDA scans, VQ scans, Bone scans, Red Blood Cell tagging, and White Blood Cell tagging.

Desired candidates should have a friendly demeanor and a hardworking attitude.

Dress code requires sage (olive) green tops and black pants.
