Talent Acquisition Specialist

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in a temp-to-perm capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the hiring process, including interviews and ATS data

Handle recruitment for simpler roles, including posting, screening, and offer logistics

Anticipate scheduling conflicts and design effective interview flows to keep all parties informed

Required Qualifications

1-3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, HR, or People Operations

Hands-on experience with Greenhouse is required

Highly organized with a strong operational mindset

Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and moving parts

Experience in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments is preferred
