• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
• Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement

About the Facility:

Join a respected Retirement Community in Haslett known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeed-whether you're a new grad or seasoned OT.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated Rate Range: ≈ $35-45/hr, depending on experience, setting, location, and status
• Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k)
• Paid Time Off (PTO) & Holidays

• Some positions offer a sign-on bonus or relocation

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current MI license (or eligibility)
• Passionate about improving patient quality of life
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
