Electrical Engineer (PE) – MEP

Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering design for medium-voltage systems for commercial-type buildings
- Coordinate with internal MEP / FP / Tech disciplines and external architectural teams
- Manage projects, schedules, and client communication
- Host project meetings with internal staff and external partners
- Oversee design work and eventually supervise junior engineers / designers
- Prepare documentation compliant with National and Florida electrical codes
- Contribute to lighting design, standby power systems, surge protection, and related systems
- Multi-task across multiple active projects in fast-paced environments
Qualifications
8–12 years in an MEP roleFlorida PE license required - or ability to obtain FL PE within 12 monthsStrong background in interior / exterior lighting, medium-voltage systems, standby power, surge protectionDemonstrated project management and client-facing experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lead project meetings and coordinate across disciplinesStrong Revit proficiency requiredBS in Electrical Engineering
