Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales / Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive experience for our students as well as their families. As a Sales / Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with educating potential families about our early childhood development program that uses the sport of soccer as a learning tool, appointment setting, and maintaining the cleanliness of the club.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Obtain product knowledge, communicate it efficiently and answer questions that customers may have about our program in the club as well as over the phone.

Utilize effective upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales.

Maintain stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring that products are well-displayed and readily available for customers.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills

Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.

Experience with CRM systems such as Zenplanner is a plus.

Ability to upsell services through persuasive communication techniques.

Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of customers.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey product information clearly.

Pay : $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
