Real Estate Transaction Manager

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager - Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Manage real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial properties

Negotiate business terms and conditions as a landlord or seller agent and tenant or buyer agent

Track transaction and project activity, prepare reports, and maintain a real estate project tracking system

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of real estate transactions or related experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education

Real Estate salesperson license required

Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality and efficiency

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
