A company is looking for a Sr. Technical ACO Data Analyst to support Medicare Value-Based Care Programs analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as VBC Analytics Subject Matter Expert and develop analytics solutions for ACOs
Provide insights to ACO leadership and perform ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making
Engage stakeholders to understand needs and foster relationships within a matrix environment
Required Qualifications
Experience in Value-Based Care (VBC) and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs)
Proficient in healthcare analytics, including financial and clinical metrics
Knowledgeable in healthcare data, claims, and EMR systems
Skilled in analytics tools such as SAS EG, Visual Analytics, SQL, and Excel
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
