COMMERCIAL PAINT PROJECT MANAGER / ESTIMATOR

Our Client is a leading  Commercial Paint  Contractor in the area seeking a successful  Project Manager / Estimator  that will lead their teams toward project excellence!

PROJECT MANAGER / ESTIMATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope
  • Bid commercial / industrial painting projects
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Clients
  • Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed

PROJECT MANAGER / ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Project Manager Managing and Estimating Commercial Paint Projects
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Extensive experience in cost controls
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

    • PROJECT MANAGER / ESTIMATOR COMPENSATION / BENEFITS :

  • Industry-leading compensation  ($70K-$110K+ base, base comp is negotiable depending on experience and skillset)
