Enterprise Risk Analyst

Summary :

The Enterprise Risk Analyst supports the Operational Risk Manager regarding all aspects of Operational Risk Management and Financial Risk Reporting within the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program. Assists in managing the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform to capture, document, and report risks across the organization. Hold monthly KRI / risk assessment sessions with business lines and compile the reporting dashboards used for management and committee meetings. Assist in the completion of annual RCSAs.

Job Responsibilities :

Operational Risk Management Support

• Assists the Operational Risk Manager in the identification, assessment, and reporting of operational risks within the organization.
• Collaborates with lines of business to identify, record, and track inherent and residual risks.
• Supports management in the development and implementation of risk management strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Assists in the identification and evaluation of control environments and building the control inventory.
• Assists with monitoring and reporting on risk exposure and mitigation efforts.
• Assists in the identification and capturing of risk events. Performs root cause analysis and proposes recommendations to control enhancements.
