As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver Security Clearance in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at an aero and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license and compliance with AU driver policy requirements. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and support a caring, people-first culture built on teamwork, agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by carrying out post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aero and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, hangars, parking areas, and perimeter points; report irregular conditions that may impact operations.
• Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, checking credentials as required, and directing visitors and deliveries to appropriate destinations per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching requests for assistance and completing required notifications.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations in written and/or electronic logs, and communicate security-related information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
