Role Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Asset Management team. You'll oversee fixed asset accounting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies, while managing the full asset lifecycle-acquisition, tracking, depreciation, and disposal. This role supports financial close activities, reporting, and audits, and collaborates with finance, procurement, and operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register.
• Record acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and depreciation.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and capitalization policies.
• Support quarterly / annual asset confirmations and audits.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Partner with teams on capital expenditure planning and budgeting.
• Manage lease accounting and related records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• SAP ERP and fixed asset accounting expertise.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.

Preferred

• CPA certification.
• Knowledge of the automobile industry (Must).
