Adobe Journey Optimizer Specialist

A company is looking for an Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Specialist for a 6-month contract position that is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize real-time, event-triggered customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer

Integrate and ensure data readiness with Adobe Experience Platform for AJO journeys

Conduct testing and validation of journeys while collaborating with various teams and providing documentation

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, specifically hands-on AJO work

Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform, including schemas and datasets

Experience in building real-time event-driven journeys and multi-channel campaign flows

Proficient in configuring email / push templates and personalization logic

Familiarity with APIs, event triggers, and technical integrations
