We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Incentive Processor on our Residential Program Team in Portland, Oregon delivering energy efficiency program implementation services to an Oregon based non-profit client. This position will have tasks ranging from data entry and reporting results, verifying documentation and processing applications, direct customer support via phone and email, and working collaboratively with the team to meet Program goals. The candidate will need to reside in Oregon.

For this exciting career opportunity, you're a great fit if you can

• Input and process rebate applications in multiple proprietary databases.
• Take and process transactions by telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers and stakeholders.
• Perform regular application auditing, QA & QC.
• Perform some customer call support (as needed) and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• File applications; retrieve data and run database queries and reports.
• Contribute to process improvements in a team-based environment where each process has system-wide affects.
• Communicate and resolve disputed rebate claim data. Provide expertise and guidance to customers in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Exciting candidates will have

Target Compensation : $20.50 / hr

Compensation Range $17.85 - $24.00 Currency USD Type Hourly

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data / ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD / technology), for example. Sponsorship is not available for this position at this time. Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
