About the Role:

The Nurse Staff position is integral to delivering high-quality patient care within a healthcare setting across the United States. This role involves assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. The nurse will collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. A key outcome of this role is to promote patient health, comfort, and safety through compassionate and evidence-based nursing practices. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
• Advanced certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
