Nexgen Staffing is seeking a dedicated Ticketing Specialist to support our trucking operations.

In this role, you will manage the ticketing process for our fleet of trucks, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process and manage tickets for truck deliveries and shipments.
• Verify and validate all documentation related to trucking operations, including delivery slips and load manifests.
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate ticketing.
• Maintain and update electronic and paper records for all trucking transactions.
• Resolve discrepancies and address issues related to ticketing and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
