Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams HVAC blueprints schematics and job specifications.
  • Install service and maintain residential commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
  • Fabricate assemble and install spiral and square ductwork.
  • Connect and test refrigerant condensate and air distribution systems.
  • Perform start-up troubleshooting and diagnostics on HVAC systems.
  • Pressure test systems for leaks and proper function.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Coordinate work with other trades and team members on-site.

Qualifications

  • 4 years of commercial or industrial HVAC installation or service experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC principles refrigeration cycles and system components.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings schematics wiring diagrams & blueprints.
  • Skilled in duct fabrication layout and installation.
  • Experience with brazing soldering and refrigerant handling (EPA certification preferred).
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs working at heights and performing physical tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the St. Louis region.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
  • Pipefitting and / or electrical experience is a plus.
