We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team in Buffalo, NY. The role involves overseeing the renovation of 360 units across 36 different buildings, with a project budget of $40M. This position is open due to the growth of incoming large projects and the retirement of some current superintendents.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site leader overseeing daily operations of the project.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of the project.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and project schedules.
• Manage and oversee subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage lookahead schedules.
• Conduct daily reports and safety briefs.
• Perform toolbox talks and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $64.90 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
