A company is looking for an Asset Resolution Specialist to assist customers with workout plans for their loans.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of loans in default and implement loss mitigation strategies

Analyze work-out options for delinquent loans and deliver proposals for the best return

Negotiate loss mitigation strategies with investors and communicate loan status to borrowers

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience

Bachelor's degree

General knowledge of the loss mitigation process

Ability to guide customers and investors through retention and liquidation processes

Self-starter with the ability to independently manage a pipeline effectively
