Sales Agent

A company is looking for a Sales Agent to perform remote sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high volume outbound sales calls to identify customer needs and provide solutions

Build positive relationships with customers to enhance company image and satisfaction

Complete call notes and reports, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in B2C Sales, particularly with outbound and cold calling

Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus

Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service and sales skills

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Proficiency in relevant computer applications
