This role involves operating automated production machines, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring efficient production processes in a safe and organized work environment. / ppKey Responsibilities : / pulliOperate automated production machinery safely and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training guidelines. / liliSupply machines with components and materials to maintain continuous operations and complete shift-end filling requirements. / liliPerform product changeovers and verify bill of materials accuracy in a timely manner. / liliRespond promptly to machine stops and collaborate with mechanics for repair and maintenance. / liliConduct quality checks to ensure products meet established standards and maintain required documentation and shift reports. / liliPerform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and orderly work environment. / liliMaintain accurate production and inventory records and communicate effectively with team members, support departments, and leadership. / liliComplete additional packaging tasks as required to meet safety and production goals. / liliWork overtime and weekends as required; flexibility for shift changes is essential. / li / ulpRequirements : / pulliAbility to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision. / liliFollow and comprehend complex procedural and verbal instructions. / liliStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards. / liliQualification on current and future packaging machines and equipment. / liliMaintain satisfactory safety, quality, attendance, and performance records. / liliAbility to lift up to 40 lbs. / liliEffective communication skills with peers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams. / li / ulpQualifications : / pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent. / liliExperience operating high-speed automated production machines in a safe work environment. / li / ul / div
