Key Responsibilities
Oversees the development and implementation of IT and HR strategic plans
Continuously monitors HR Technology trends to inform strategy and technology advancement
Manages HR technology systems, including maintenance, reporting, and user support
Required Qualifications
Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in information technology, with five (5) years focused on HR / Workforce technology
At least five (5) years of experience leading and managing diverse teams
Strong technical acumen and knowledge of HR systems and technology
Experience administering Cloud-based HCM is required
Skilled in process improvement and capacity-planning related to HR technology
