[job_card.job_description]You must be a specialist licensed in California A professional who is passionate about providing excellent care A professional who wants to be part of a team focused on delivering a great patient experience and helping others A professional with an excellent and cheerful chairside demeanor A professional who wants to be excellent and productive in service to patients A professional willing to work full-time or part-time DDS / DMD degree Oral Surgery Certificate from a university accredited by the California Dental Board Active California State Dental Board license Active Malpractice Insurance DEA, CPR and NPI are required Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one-another Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients with regard to their dental treatment Beautiful, state-of-the-art offices equipped with modern systems, equipment and supplies Full back-office support by Specialty Managers, Specialty Assistants, Floor Supervisors, RDAs, DAs, X-Ray Techs and Sterilization Clerks Excellent, high-caliber instruments Reliable, quality supplies from the most reputable, dependable companies Regulatory and facility compliance Steady flow of patients of all payor types Medical insurance programs Vision insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (Health Care & Dependent Care) Dental benefit Supplemental insurance for life, disability, critical illness, cancer, gap and accident Continuing education, including company-sponsored programs Advancement opportunities 401k participation
