At Woofie's of Space Coast, we are currently hiring a part-time, remote Client Support Specialist Scheduler to join our Merritt Island team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, provided you reside in Brevard County, and comes with competitive pay of $14 $16 per hour. This is a part-time, remote position with shifts that vary but will always be within business hours. We're looking for someone with open availability for both day and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends.

CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST SCHEDULER QUALIFICATIONS :

• 1+ year(s) of experience in scheduling and client support
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• CRM knowledge
• Ability to manage phone systems and text support
• Access to high-speed internet
• Personal cell phone for work use
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Not currently in a management role, or seeking a management or supervisory position

This hourly role is designed for individuals seeking hands-on scheduling and support responsibilities rather than management or supervisory-level responsibilities.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A PART-TIME CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST SCHEDULER?

You will spend your day coordinating schedules to make sure services are properly arranged for both clients and our team. You will handle invoicing and payment follow-up, ensuring everything is accurate and timely. You will manage daily tasks to keep operations on track and provide issue resolution and compliance support with professionalism. Your role will require frequent communication by phone, text, and email, and you will rely on Microsoft Office and CRM tools to stay organized. Every day, you will play an important part in keeping the business running smoothly while supporting both our team and the pet owners we serve. This role is focused on hands-on client scheduling and support. It is not a management or supervisory position.
