Iconica is seeking a Field Engineer Intern to join our team in Summer 2026! As a Field Engineer Intern, you'll work alongside Field Superintendents and Carpenters, gaining practical, hands-on experience in construction management and field operations. During your internship, you'll :

• Coordinate with subcontractors and project managers to keep tasks on schedule.
• Assist with constructing, installing, and remodeling structures using wood, laminates, and steel with both hand and power tools.
• Learn the sequence of activities required to assemble a building.
• Review subcontractor scopes of work, evaluate shop drawings, and manage punch list and warranty items.
• Support quality control by helping develop punch lists and verifying completed work.
• Contribute to project schedules and safety initiatives to meet client expectations.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients and subcontractors.
