Maintenance Technician (59216)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Maintenance Technician to join our team in Irvine CA United States. As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilitys mechanical electrical and structural systems. This role requires a highly organized individual who can effectively manage a wide range of maintenance tasks and respond promptly to repair requests.

• Perform routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems including HVAC plumbing and electrical
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical and plumbing issues
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
• Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with external contractors when specialized repairs are needed
• Assist in the implementation of energy-saving initiatives
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency repairs

Alegre - 104 units

$25 hourly

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm on call as needed.
