The General Assistant is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include :

• Processing all incoming and outgoing envelopes and packages from services such as United Parcel Service, Federal Express, and other overnight deliveries.
• Determining and affixing postage, maintaining records on postage, registered mail, and packages.
• Scanning executed buyer / seller packages and original documents into digital files.
• Assisting with disbursements by printing checks, invoices, and labels, and preparing packages for delivery.
• Coordinating the delivery of documents to record management or shredding companies as needed.
• Monitoring mailroom supply levels and requesting replenishments (copy paper, check stock, envelopes, paperclips, etc.) when necessary.

Required qualifications for the position include :

Pay Rate : $20.45 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
