Licensed Practical Nurse LPN 3000 Bonus

Regent at Burnsville , a Cassia community, is hiring a  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)  to join our team in  Burnsville, MN!   As a  LPN at  Regent at Burnsville , you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Pay Range :  $30.00 - $32.00 / hour depending on experience

Bonus : $3,000

Position Type :  Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varied schedule including every other weekend

Available Shifts (including every other weekend) :

Evenings   2 : 30 PM - 10 : 45 PM

Nurse Responsibilities :

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administers medications and / or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness / response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
