A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Business Development to lead its Business Development organization and drive growth through partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing Demand Partnerships team to achieve measurable impact
Define and execute the strategy for the Demand Partnerships program to drive user acquisition and revenue growth
Manage the full partnership lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, activation, and optimization
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or B2B Sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven ability to build and scale complex partnerships that drive business growth
Strategic and analytical mindset with skills to create actionable plans
Experience developing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders
Familiarity with publishers, content platforms, retail, or property management partnerships is a plus
