Director of Radiation Oncology - CaroMont Health
Job Summar y : Provides leadership, guidance and direction in achieving outcomes for organizational and service line operational mission, goals and objectives. Assumes leadership responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of efficient systems of care for Radiation Oncology. Maintains 24-hour accountability for departments / programs. Takes ownership of strategic growth and expansion opportunities within growing regions as defined by the strategic plan within Radiation Oncology, Pathology and Oncology Support Services. Responsible for strategic oversight and operational performance for the Radiation Oncology Centers. Experience with High Dose Rate Brachytherapy and Radiotheranostics is preferred.
